Musiala Suffers Serious Ankle Injury in Club World Cup Clash, Faces Months on Sidelines


Munich, Germany – Bayern Munich and Germany’s rising star, Jamal Musiala, has suffered a serious ankle injury during the FIFA Club World Cup quarter-final defeat against Paris Saint-Germain, casting a significant shadow over the start of the 2025/2026 season for both club and country.

The unfortunate incident occurred late in the first half of Saturday’s match when Musiala was involved in a collision with PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
